Karen Love®

Karen Love was born in Tacoma, Washington. She has spent most of her life on Vancouver Island. She attended St. Margaret's Academy. Karen is married to James, a talented musician. She has two children - Austin age 17 and Jackson, age 8. Prior to becoming involved in Real Estate, Karen worked for the Federal Government in the Canada Pension Plan department. She currently is with ReMax Camosun and is a member of the Platinum Club. She has been inducted into the Real Estate Hall of Fame and was the proud recipient of her Lifetime Achievement Award in 2007.

Gail Gingras, MBA

Gail is a Master of Business Administration with over 30 years of diversified experience. She has been directly involved with local and international start up businesses in service, manufacturing, and product sales. In 1997, she was one of the recipients of the 1997 Alberta Manufacturer of the Year Award. An Information Technology Project Manager and International Standards Organization Auditor, she has worked in both employee and employer roles during her extensive career. As a Consultant, Gail has conducted Needs and SWOT analyses, managed several application rollouts on time and within budget, analyzed existing processes and systems for efficacy and recommended and implemented change.

Bon Hollier®, B. Ed.

Bonnie was born in Saskatchewan, attended University there and was awarded her Teaching Certificate. She relocated to Calgary with her husband Don and daughter Tara. Bonnie subsequently enrolled in the University of Calgary and achieved her Bachelor of Education Degree. In addition, she and Don owned and managed an Aviation Company in Calgary for eighteen years. They relocated to Victoria six years ago. Bonnie has become an active community member and loves to indulge in her passion of cycling.
